BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, flowerettes
1 med. Bermuda onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins (white or brown)
3 tbsp. peanuts (your favorite kind)
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 tbsp. vinegar (white or apple cider)
Salt and pepper to taste

Put salad ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing in separate bowl until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture. Put in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Mix before serving. Delicious!
