MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion
Tomato juice or catsup

Fry onions in grease until light brown, add meat. Fry until brown; add 1 cup mushroom soup and a little tomato juice or catsup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain and mix with meat mixture. Put in casserole and cook in low oven for 1 hour.
