JUNKET DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
2 pkgs. strawberry junket pudding
3 c. cold water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
Cool Whip

Break cake into pieces and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook pudding with cold water Boil for 1 minute. Partially thaw strawberries and mix in pudding mixture, while it is still hot. Pour over the cake in the pan, cool. Top with Cool Whip when serving.
