CHEESE NOODLES 
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 box Mostaccioli noodles
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. hamburger

Cook noodles until tender. In another pan, combine sauce, Cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Cook slowly until cheese melts completely. Fry hamburger until brown. Mix hamburger with cheese sauce. Drain all water from noodles. Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle mushrooms over top, if desired.
