CEDRIC'S CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 can tomato soup

Fry the onion in the butter. Add the hamburger, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly but do not brown. Spread 3 cups cabbage in a greased casserole, cover with meat mixture. Place rest of cabbage on top. Pour can of soup over all. BAke covered in 350 degree oven about 1 hour. Serve with hot cooked rice. Serves 2-3.
