LASAGNA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper
6 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Cook ground beef with a little salt and pepper. Drain off any liquid from meat. Add tomato sauce and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with ricotta cheese and pour on meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

To make topping beat eggs, milk and Bisquick in a bowl for 1 minute. Pour on top of meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. After baking, remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese before serving. Serves 8.
