1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Grease 10" pie plate. Mix all ingredients well. Spread into pie plate. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
