THREE CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 c. cream cottage cheese
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley for garnish

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. dried basil

Saute onions and pepper in butter. Stir in soup, mushrooms, and basil. Simmer 5 minutes until heated. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer into pan half of noodles, cottage cheese, chicken, Cheddar cheese, mushroom sauce and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
