BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH
CHEESE
 
4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese (4 slices)
1 c. herb-flavored croutons

Arrange chicken in a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish; put cheese slices over chicken. Pour soup over cheese. Sprinkle with croutons and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 6-8.
