EASY POT ROAST 
1 bottom round roast, 3-5 lb.
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

Place roast on 2 layers of heavy aluminum foil. Paint entire roast with A-1 sauce. Pour mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix around roast. Seal foil around roast and place in roasting pan. This makes its own gravy.

Roast at 300 to 325 degrees for 3 hours. Open foil carefully because of steam. Drain gravy, and serve with roast. Meat will be very tender. Gravy could also be refrigerated to remove grease from top, and served the following day.
