1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3-4 lb. chuck roast

Place roast in double aluminum foil. Top with mushroom and onion soup. Seal foil and place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
