EASY POT ROAST | |
1/2 c. bottles barbecue sauce 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. thyme, basil, oregano Potatoes and carrots; optional Pour mixture of all ingredients (potatoes and carrots can be included if desired) over pot roast in Dutch oven. Bake cover at 325 degrees for approximately 3 1/2 hours or 8 hours in crock pot. |
