NANCY'S BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg and add sugar. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix milk, oil, and vanilla. Add three mixtures together and fold in 1 cup blueberries. Bake in an 8x8 inch pan at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
