CABBAGE ROLLS | |
12 lg. cabbage leaves 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef 2 tsp. salt 1 c. cooked rice 1 egg 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 can Hunts Manwich Sauce 1/4 c. water Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water, let stand for 5 minutes; drain. Combine next 5 ingredients; place equal portions in center of leaves, roll up, fasten with toothpicks. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Simmer, covered 1 hour, basting occasionally. Makes 6 servings. |
