BROCCOLI BACON QUICHE 
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. half and half
1 c. grated Monterey Jack
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook bacon until crisp and set aside. Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic and lemon pepper. Crumble bacon. Stir 1/2 of crumbled bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture onto a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining bacon and serve.
