CHICKEN NUGGETS 
12 oz. or more boneless chicken breasts
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. Parmesan
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. water

Heat deep fat fryer to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces or larger. Mix egg, water, flour, poultry seasoning, garlic, and/or Parmesan. Drop chicken into mixture and coat. Place dipped chicken into hot oil and cook approximately 5 minutes each side. You may place several pieces into the hot oil.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce or lemon sauce. Cooking time may vary with the size of the pieces. You may double the recipe.
