BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (env.) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 or 3 tablespoons flour
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles

In skillet, brown meat and mushrooms in butter. Add soup mix, flour, milk and water.

Cover; cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir now and then. Stir in sour cream. Heat through (about 3 minutes).

Serve over noodles; sprinkle with parsley.

4 servings.
