BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. meat, cut up
1 can beef consomme soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream

Flour meat. You don't have to season the flour. Brown meat quickly in oil. Add both kinds of soup and drained mushrooms. Simmer about 1/2 hour.

When ready to serve, heat stroganoff and add sour cream. May need a little water to thin down.
