PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 tbsp. butter, soft
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained (save juice)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Spread in lightly greased pie plate. Arrange peaches over batter. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice for 2 minutes. Spread over peaches, leaving a 1-inch border.

Mix together 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar together. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven. Cool and refrigerate.
