PEACHES 'N CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, NOT instant
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Combine first six ingredients and beat two minutes; pour into pie plate. Drain peaches reserving 3 tablespoons and place over mixture.

Combine and beat cream cheese, peach juice, and 1/2 cup sugar for 2 minutes; pour over peaches. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top of all. Bake 30-35 minutes. (Will be soft in center even when done.)
