PEANUT BUTTER REESE CUPS 
1 2/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda. Cut in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Place 1 teaspoon of dough in tart pan. Don't grease pan. Fill 3/4 with peanut filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While hot, drop on a piece of chocolate or cool and frost later.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
