MACARONI AND CHEESE DELIGHT 
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 stick butter
2 1/2 c. extra sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. Carnation milk
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. macaroni
Paprika

In a saucepan on low heat melt butter. Add flour, mustard, salt; stir until completely blended. Then slowly add cheese, making sure you stir from the bottom of the pan until all the cheese is melted.

Cut pan off and add macaroni to cheese and stir thoroughly. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika. Pour into oven-save dish (Pyrex). Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Follow instructions on box for macaroni.
