MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 pint orange sherbet
1/2 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 c. hot water

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water, add orange sherbet. Chill until partially congealed, then whip and add 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip. Add 2 cans mandarin oranges. Makes 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls.
