1 lb. Braunschweiger 2 pkg. green onion dip mix 1 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. garlic spread 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. milk 1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce Mold all ingredients into shape. Can be "iced" with cream cheese and garnished. Serve with crackers. | |

It has been awhile since I prepared this. Went to the store and could not find garlic spread. What would be the recipe for making it? How much garlic to how much butter? Thank you.

You can make your own garlic spread using butter, and chopped garlic. Also, if you want, cream cheese, chopped garlic, and a little bit of worcestire sauce.
