PISTACHIO CLUB SODA CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 c. cold club soda
1 c. pecans, chopped

Grease and flour tube pan. Mix cake and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
1 pt. heavy whipping cream

Beat until stiff. Cut cake in half. Frost between layers and all over. Keep refrigerated.
