PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. 7-Up
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat slowly for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

2 sm. pkg. Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat slowly, add 1 package instant pistachio pudding. Spread on cake, sprinkle with coconut or chopped nuts.
