CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 bunch leaf lettuce
2 or 3 stalks celery, sliced
1 bunch green onions
1 tomato
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro (use only the leaves)
1 can sliced water chestnuts

(Whatever kind you prefer - iceberg, red leaf, etc.) - (spinach).

DRESSING:

1/4 c. peanut oil
3 tbsp. Marukan seasoned gourmet rice vinegar (orange and white label)
2 tbsp. Kikomann lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. clover honey
Several cloves chopped garlic

(Set aside and add amount you want - more or less).

Toss with bite size charcoal broiled chicken breast or whatever meat or cheese you wish. Also add China Boy Chinese noodles or cashew nuts or whatever. Enjoy!
