BLUEBERRY WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2 c. buttermilk
3 lg. eggs
6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3/4 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar

In bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients; whisk the batter just until combined. Heat griddle over moderately high heat until it is hot enough to make dropping water dance over surface. Brush griddle with butter. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle. Sprinkle with blueberries. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Makes 16 (5 inch) pancakes.

This receipe is delicious! I've never had homemade blueberry pancakes this good! I was impressed w/ myself! Just a couple of tips: be sure to fold your berries in last, and add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor....enjoy!
