WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
12 heaping tbsp. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the oil and eggs. Add enough water to make a pourable batter. Should produce 4 sizable pancakes per person. On each of the first 3 pancakes place strips of cheddar cheese and butter. These 3 pancakes should be in a stack. On the fourth pancake in the stack, place butter and strawberry preserves.
