PINE LAKE POTATOES 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes

Combine all ingredients. Place in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
