BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bran (or bran flakes) cereal
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey or molasses
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oats
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
Cinnamon

Combine milk and bran cereal in medium size bowl. Add egg, oil, honey and brown sugar; mix well. Add combined remaining ingredients; mix until dry ingredients are moist. Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of batter before baking. Bake 400 degrees, 15 minutes. 1 dozen.

Microwave on high for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes for 6 muffins.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
