ROLL TIDE BEEF 
Great appetizer for the onion lover.

1 jar rolled dried beef (Hormel)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
small green onions

Clean onions, cutting the bottom tip off and peel 1st layer of skin off the onion. Take one piece of dried beef, spread cream cheese over the piece of dried beef. Roll onion up and its that easy!

Note: Do not add salt. Beef is already salty. Enjoy!
