PAM'S HAMBURGER PARTY ROLLS 
These also make a great stand alone snack on game day with your favorite chunky salsa!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) bag dried tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 cans Pillsbury Grands buttermilk (refrigerator) biscuits
salt and pepper, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place ground beef in skillet and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. In separate skillet sauté onions, green peppers and dried tomatoes.

Drain grease from ground beef, return to stove and add onions, green peppers and dried tomatoes. Let cook together on low covered for 20 minutes.

Gradually add Mozzarella cheese, stirring constantly. Once well mixed remove from heat. Flatten biscuits, then add mixture. Fold in half, making sure ends are pinched together. Place on flat non-stick baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn (if desired).
