ORIENTAL MUSHROOM RICE 
2 green peppers, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 pkg. radishes, sliced
2 sticks butter
2 oz. soy sauce
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
6 c. rice, cooked

Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add rice, soy sauce and salt. Mix well. Simmer about 10 minutes.
