RICE ORIENTAL SALAD 
2 c. julienne strips of cooked chicken
1 c. slivered celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
1/2 c. orange sections
1 banana, sliced
2 c. cooked, cooled rice
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Lettuce, as needed

Toss chicken, celery, cucumber, peanuts, orange sections, banana, rice and parsley. Place on individual lettuce covered plates, cover each with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped chutney
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. lemon juice

Refrigerate dressing 1 hour before using.
