ORIENTAL RICE AND CABBAGE 
2 c. Oriental rice
1 lb. stew meat
Clove garlic
1/2 head cabbage
Celery to taste
Pinch of Oriental salt
1 cucumber
1/2 tomato
1/2 c. cooking oil

Steam cook rice until it forms a large ball. In saucepan, put cooking oil. Chop up clove. Let cook 1 minute. Add chopped up stew meat. Let brown. Slowly add cabbage when half done. Add cucumber, tomatoes, and celery. When all ingredients cook, add pinch of Oriental salt.
