ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus
1 can green peas
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice

Layer in casserole dish as listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: When grating cheese, a grater will wash easier if both sides are sprayed with PAM. Serves 4 to 6.
