SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (13 oz.) can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
marshmallows

Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows. Mix thoroughly and pour in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and brown.
