SALAD AND DRESSING 
SALAD:

1/2 head Boston lettuce
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. mandarin oranges

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Nance chili sauce (Kroger)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Medium onion, chopped (or chopped scallions)
1 clove garlic, minced
Blue cheese, crumbled

Dressing: Mix all ingredients except for blue cheese. Tear lettuce in large bowl, chop eggs, add bacon and sliced mushrooms. Drain oranges and add to salad ingredients. Toss with dressing right before serving. Sprinkle blue cheese over tossed salad.
