SWISS MEATLOAF 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. ground Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.

Place in casserole dish and mold into meat loaf shape. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until center is not pink anymore.
