1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. or more grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and ketchup. Pat out on wax paper, rectangle shape. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and seal ends. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread ketchup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
