GRANDMA'S SUET PUDDING 
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. finely chopped suet
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/3 c. flour
raisins (optional), rolled in flour

Beat eggs and mix with milk. Add molasses, then dry ingredients. Stir in suet. Pour into greased, 3 quart pan. Sprinkle some raisins over the top. Cover with tinfoil and tie with a string. Steam for 2 1/2 hours. Serve while hot, generously covered with whipped cream.
