GRANDMA TERRY'S SUET PUDDING 
1 c. finely chopped suet
1 c. molasses
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Raisins and nuts

Steam 3 hours.

YELLOW SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. cream (may use whole milk)
Pinch of salt ("size of a walnut")

Stir sugar and flour together. Add cream. Boil slowly until thickened. Pour over dish of pudding.

LEMON SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Few gratings nutmeg
Pinch of salt
