LAYER IN PIE PLATE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili no bean
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
(Or enough to cover)

Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melts and is bubbly. Serve with Fritos or nacho chips.
