YOGURT - FRUIT SHAKES 
1/4 c. yogurt
1/4 c. fresh fruit
3 tbsp. honey or 2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. yogurt

Combine 1/4 cup yogurt, fruit, and honey or sugar in blender and blend until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired. Add rest of yogurt and blend until smooth. Pineapple, strawberries, or bananas are especially good for this recipe. Serves 2.
