FRUIT CANDIED POPCORN 
1 lg. paper bag
Non-stick vegetable spray
10 c. unsalted popcorn
1/2 c. butter (1 cube)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello, any flavor
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Spray inside of paper bag with non-stick spray. Place popped corn in bag and set aside.

Place butter in 1-quart glass measuring cup and microwave on HIGH 45-60 seconds until melted.

Add sugar, corn syrup, and jello to butter and stir together. Mix well. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from microwave and add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Mix fast. Immediately pour mixture over popped corn and stir with wooden spoon. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH, then shake. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH then shake. Microwave for 30 seconds on HIGH then shake. Microwave for 30 seconds then shake. Pour popcorn onto wax paper.

If your microwave cooks hot, cut the cooking time down by 10-15 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
