CORN PUDDING 
Cream or half and half
Kernels from fresh picked garden corn
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. sugar (not a bit more!)
2 eggs, beaten

Add eggs to enough cream or milk to cover the amount of corn you have in a baking dish. Add seasoning to egg/milk mixture and pour over corn. Dot with butter. Best if baked 1 hour at 350 degrees, but if you are in a hurry, you may turn up the oven to 375 degrees or even 400 degrees to bake the dish in 45 minutes.
