OLD FASHIONED GINGERBREAD | |
4 eggs 1 c. butter 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. ginger Flour to thicken, use plain or self rising. If use self rising flour and let dough sit for 1-2 hours. Makes better ginger bread than plain flour. Knead dough on floured table. Roll out. Cut with cookie cutter or can use iron skillets to bake at 400 degrees until brown. |
