PEACH KUCHEN 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. toasted flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
1 (11 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg

Mix cake mix and coconut. Add butter and mix to coarse crumbs. Lightly press into and 1/2" up sides of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange peaches over crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg and pour over everything. Bake until sour cream is set, about 10 minutes.
