JEWISH NOODLE & CHEESE PUDDING 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 heaping tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1 (12 oz.) box med. egg noodles, cooked

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered pan. Bake in 400 degree oven ofr 45 minutes. A topping may be made with a mixture fo 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Spread this over pudding before baking.
